program help!

Ok, i just got this program I really need. It's a speaker enclosure program which designs horn loaded enclosures. floppy disk too. However, I get this message everytime try to open it saying "16 bit MS-DOS subsystem the system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and microsoft windows applications. choose 'close' to terminate this application"

It did the same thing on some freeware also. here it is though http://www.audioxpress.com/bksprods/products/sof-hor.htm
