Program still present in msconfig after uninstalling

So I uninstaled lightscribe a few days ago and went to msconfig to uncheck some program start up, and lightscribe was still there. It had a path, and I tried going there but it doesn't exist. Is this a registry problem? How can I remove it? With Ccleaner? Or can I do it manual? And if Ccleaners the best solution, does it come with any extra stuff? Like say tool bars? Thanks in advance.

if you uninstalled it.
goto program files and delete the directory.
goto start, run type in this '%appdata%' with the percent.
delete all occurrence of your program.
reboot.

see if that works.

Thanks for the reply, but I was wondering if I could get a reason for running %appdata%? After being told to check tabs to see if my HD's alright, I've wanted to learn more about the reasons behind doing these things.

Well, I ran it and a folder called Roaming showed up. I clicked it and lightscribe isn't present. The directory doesn't exist btw.
**Sorry, do I have to delete everything in the file Roaming? I'm running Vista, incase that helps.
