Programs not working after reinstaling windows

i had some severe problems with my pc, probably caused by viruses. i decided to reinstal windows. windows were on local disk C and all the programs and documents on disk D. As i expected, most of the programs now don't work and i have to reinstal most of them. Is it caused by missing registries of those programs? Is there some software which could easily fix it, or i should just reinstal it all?
 
Yeah, a reinstall of Windows has given you a brand new registry. There are no pointers to your program files and they should exist in various places throughout the registry.
No option but to reinstall all programs
