Programs on SSD?

Hi. I just want to ask if the OS (Operating Ssytem) or system installed on SSD loads faster. Does this mean any programs loads faster on SSD? I'm an editor I have adobe products such as After Effects and all that stuff. I understand that you need more RAM from its rendering power just want to ask if it helps to boost the programs smoothness of usage if installed in SSD? as per Games? and other programs?

An SSD is mainly used for faster windows boot time and some of your most used programs that you would want faster load times.

Depends on the program but generally yes, but by how much faster, depends.

Using an SSD will definitely increase performance in games and programs. But again, it all depends on program or game on how much better it is.

I use Photoshop CS6 (not the CC version). The before and after difference is 35-35 seconds vs 2-3 seconds.
