Proper cooling for a noobie?

I noticed in many of the newegg reviews, people say this card heats up quick espeacially when OCed. Should i get a PCI fan or something like this?

Also on a different note, what is a sufficient power supply for a computer with this card, 4 gigs of RAM, 64 bit quad core CPU? 500w, 750w, 1000w?

You can just turn the fan up on the video card using a program like rivatuner.

For the power supply, wattage isn't everything. What would be a price range for you on a psu?

Price isn't a huge issue. I could go as high as $200 US if it was worth the money.

That would work fine with everything now and upgrades in the future.
OCZ is a well respected and solid make so you'll get many years out of it.

GameXStream as listed above would be my first choice. Modular, I'd go with the 620HX.
