proper drive letter,from usb external seagate - internal, issue former volume not mounted bitttorent

ive recently turned my Seagate desktop external hard drive into an internal drive but now my torrents aren't seeding and showing a error; former volume not mounted... does the letter have to change because I'm using sata connection? . i assume nothing should have to change, regardless using usb 3 or sata. i have no other issue using my harddrive.

The letter and therefore file path is likely different due to the move.

You can reassign drive letters with Win+R then diskmgmt.msc
