Proper Way To Add Bios To Cd

hi all, can ne 1 share a proper way to add a bios update to a cd-r
i have ahead nero isobuster winiso ultra iso and can use ne thing u advise me 2. i have the update extracted and in zip .

Is it an ISO File? If it is, I usually burn ISO files in Nero by going to Recorder -> Burn Image
