Props for Logitech

I gotta give some props to Logitech.

I have a wireless keyboard and mouse combo that was acting up recently. I called customer support and in about 10 minutes they said they were sending me a new setup. Not just mouse, whihc was the main problem, but the whole thing.

I just got it and it works great. It's nice to see a company that is easy to get in touch with and responds well (even if there damn setpoint software is practically user loaded spyware...)

Yeh, i here what your saying, Norton is a bad company for Customer Service, they really dont want to talk to you, ive never had to deal with logitech though, they sound good from your experiences.

I love logitech, both their products and customer support.

HP is another company with great customer support.

Norton and D-Link have the worst service ever imagined, and all their people have such heavy indian accents they are almost ununderstandable.

Danggg... yes D-link is terrible. Just try to get one of their rebates filled out, they're usually illegible and too small to write on. I like Logitech mainly for their quality.

Yeah not too mention I had a D-Link router die on me after about 1.5 years of crappy performance. It wasn't even wireless...

Logitech = Good :D

HP = Mixed Feelings, good quality of printers, but man do they rip you off on ink if you're not careful

Norton has been ok for me (although I don't use them anymore...:)) and D-Link I've never had to deal with directly...

One company I love for their customer service is Newegg. And Uniden (cordless phones) is completely the best electronics company I've ever seen. Very high quality products, and a great understanding from their technical support about how their products work! Unlike some other companies... (*cough* Comcast... *cough*)

Duh! *smacks self upside the head*
Paypal is also very good, I get email replies generally within the hour.

Logitech support may be good and their mouse/keyboards are good but the logitech joysticks have been crap for a long time.

And say what you want, but Microsoft customer service is pretty good.
