Hi about a week ago I bought a ps2 hard drive and as of yet have not been able to install it.
I have recieved an email from the seller and he has sent me the following message.
The problem is with the USB Enclosure / computer, when it 1st tried to
install the usb enclosure the drivers weren't there so it has hidden the
device, if you have tried searching for new hardware after it is plugged in
and powered on and it hasn't detected it, I would recommend running the XP
installation which will reset the hardware list or use the system restore
option back before you installed it to start with.
I don't know how to do any of what is suggested. Can someone please talk me through it.
