PS3 not reading the cds properly??

does anyone have any problems with their PS3 not reading the cds properly?? I think my laser is faulty... and the worst part is it has just past the shops garauntee... helpppppp

Well as been as guarantee has now passed,Id open it up and clean the lens on the laser.

If it still does not work properly,You could look on Ebay for a spare/new Blu ray drive and replace the drive.
