i would defffiantly get a ps3 over a wii but i would get a computer over all of them. just save your money and get a computer and it will be alot better then a ps3.

Well, your kinda late on the price;)

But if I was you, I'd either choose between the 360 or the PS3. The Wii. And a Computer.

So.. I would have:
Either a 360 or a PS3. (If PS3, sell 360. If 360, save $600)
A Wii.
A new computer.

haha how can you upgrade your pc have an 360 and be getting a ps3 where is this money comming from!!? haha (oh and not a fan of the Wii don't no if i could stand the controller)

I wouldnt get a PS3, unless you have a good amount of steady cash coming in. Such as a job or nice parents. Once you buy that PS3 you are gonna be forking out some extra cash for games which aren't gonna be cheap.

If you really love watching movies, then I think the PS3 is good. But if not then I dont think its good. Most of the price is for the Blu-Ray player.

Well the Wii is not even in the same league as the PS3. The Wii however is a system that everyone whom loves games should have. For a $200. price tag it's a worth while investment. If you have the 360 then forget the PS3 until a major price drop. I'd spend that money on my PC.

Really think so? Gamecubes graphics are almost as good as 360s... I figured Nintendo would take the gold all over again for the most powerful console. No loading time and the best graphics!

Are you serious? Gamecube? Do you have any screenshots with similarities?
I never thought Gamecube was that powerful. I might even grab one if that's true.

Is that a serious statement? I wouldn't even say almost as good, and best graphics. I dont think so.

Sadly, Nintendo will never take the gold. Their console appeals to a much younger and different market which makes up a small percentage of the consumers.

Give me a break. The Gamecubes hardware/graphics are nothing compared to the Xbox 360's.

I'd still take a Gamecube over an Xbox 360, though.

Are you kidding? Considering that Nintendo is catering to a market share that is almost completely ignored by everyone else, this "small" percentage has rich parent's money to fund their addictions. Most of the time, very rich parents, too...

Plus, I like a company that basically doesn't want to have GTA on their hardware, or anything like it...

Yes, a small majority of parents buying it for their kids. PLEASE tell me how you know that MOST OF THE TIME its very rich parents. I would like to know.

The Xbox and Playstation appeal to kids from 10+ (guess) and everyone else. Thats quite a large market.

So why did you ask if I was kidding? I said Nintendo appeals to a small market.

I don't have any screen shots unfortunately but the graphics are crazy. I remember walking through a Gamestop and I saw a demo of Star Wars playing. I was amazed at the graphics 360 had!! Only it was Gamecube?

Hmm..., is it so bad that I don't like a game that you have sex with a prostitute to regain health and then can kill her and get the money back? I have trouble seeing how that type of behavior is a good thing...

And if I said or implied in my original post that most of the parents are rich, I did not mean that. But I know a lot of parents that won't buy a PS2 or XBOX for their kids because they have some more mature games. Therefore they buy the Gamecube, and they are buying new games at least every week! Where, I hope, most owners of a PS2 or XBox don't invest that much money into games. So let's think about this, 1. Tailoring games to a younger audience, 2. Still making them fun for older gamers as well = a sole market share of certain age groups, while maintaining appeal for older age groups..., GENIUS!

i would get the wii as asecond consople nintedos make great secondary consoels i had a xbox and a gamecube as a second just because of teh cheap price its hard to get like 1100 for a ps3 and a 360 so i would get the wii and spend 400 on a computer upgrade and with amd lowering prices for 400 u could get a nice set up without a video card
