I just found this motherboard (PSN-E SLI) in the attic, looked it up online and found it was fairly decent and there and then decided to build a pc. However im not sure what case to get, or what case it will fit in.....as it doesnt fit in any of my fairly old spares....any tips?......Basically is it extended ATX or standard? ;)

It's standard ATX, so it won't fit in a Micro-ATX only case. I had one of these boards before (it was actually a freebie from a member here! If he's watching, I haven't forgotten ;) ) and it did alright. I got 4.2GHz stable on a Pentium Dual Core E5300 (2.66GHz stock). If you're going to use this, the first thing you should do is update the BIOS to the latest version, for best compatibility with CPU/RAM. Check the sticky of this section of the forum for details on how to do that.

Cheers guys

Cheers for the quick response, ive been looking at a midi-tower Mars ATX case, cheap as chips but actually looks pretty decent. I am currently just trying to test out the motherboard with a bunch of other components from other pc's.....no luck yes hard drive isnt suited for XP o.O standard response....even though the hard drive came with the motherboard lol
