are you converting to mp4? and also you need to create the MP_ROOT folder on the stick so you can watch the videos

if you use the psp to format the memorystick all the necessary folders will be created, also the program i recommended will create the folders when necessary

hmm.... i honestly don't know what the hell's happening. i've had mine freeze on me but that was because of a corrupted file. i'd call tech support or the admin at psp video 9
