Psp Wi-fi Help

I just bought a PSP and it will not connect via my wi-fi. I'm not sure whats the problem sense I also have a Wii, and the Wi-Fi works for that. Whenever I try to connect through my PSP this pops up after a while: The connection to the access point timed out.

I've tried everything... changing the security settings on my modem, adding the MAC # to my firewall, resetting, etc.

I have a US Robotics Wireless MaxG Router

Can anyone help?

Take it you have DHCP enabled on your wireless network!?, tried giving the PSP a static IP address?

Have you tried disabling security all together on the router, just as a test?
