PSP's , logs and history, privacy

I know that ISP,s have logs that identify which user had which IP at what time.
However, do they know the name of the visited sites, too?

I know at least SOME do, a while ago when i was choosing what ISP to get, I found one that came with FREE SPYWARE!!!! yay! You had to install there stuff, which recording everythign you went to and when and sent it back to them. Thats what i call a cheesy ISP.
