PSU and Mobo compatible?

Hi, not being too computer literate yet, I was wondering if this power supply would work with this motherboard. Whats getting me confused is all the versions of 12v and it may not even be relevant. Thanks.

They both appear to be for 24 pin main connectors, so i'd say yes. Even if they weren't, the psu uses modular cables.
