psu choices?

i think i'm pushing my antec truepower2 550w to the limits.
see my specs below not to mention all the fans i have going on.
3 hds
2 gpu's
physics card
water pump
floppy drive
card reader
3x120mm fans
2x90mm fans
pci dual fan card
80mm fan
dual fan hd coolersx3
bay fan
cathodes
a dvd burner
plus all the case led's
my system is stable but i don't really feel like killing my psu prematurely.

i have been looking at 2 possible psu and want some input.
i like this one because its modular

I would go with the second one just because there are so many good reviews, unlike the first one with no reviews.
