Building a computer for a friend. Does no gaming. Was wondering if a CX430 was enough for this, with overclocking the CPU:

2600k
HD6450
16GB RAM
120GB SSD

Why bother with the 6450? If he doesn't do any gaming it cant be much better than the integrated graphics.

It's main purpose is to run Microsoft Excel formulas that take normal computers weeks to run. So it needs to have absolutely amazing processor speed.

And originally, he said he was thinking 64GB of RAM, which I convinced him not. I even tried to get him to go with 8GB, but he wanted 16GB. I know I said this was for a friend but its really for a guy on craigslist. I think he also bought the parts already. Not sure what PSU he went with.
