Psu Issue

hi guys and gals,

I just built my self a new Machine:

amd 64 x2 3800+ and all the extras.

Its all running ok except for one thing.

When i shut down it powers back up after bout 5 seconds.

Is this a fault in my build i did or do you think the problem is deeper.

Any help would be great.

are you sure you connector the header cables up correctly, i mean the pwd led, reset switch, pwr switch etc
 
im guessing so , ill check them again, the diagram in the booklet suggests i ave , i think i may have go t the reset and the power switch the wrong way round
 
Other than that make sure that all of the wake events in your BIOS are disabled. Also, try unplugging network/modem cables and see if the problem still occurs.
