A asdf2345 New Member May 20, 2016 #1 i have a old fsp300-60btv and i hear a high pitched noise from it now you might say 15amps (12v rail) are not enough amps but i had a old cd drive and plugged it in the psu so just running 1 cd drive it still makes the noise
