PSU Question

Whats the purpose of getting this power supply? Are you upgrading the video card? If so, what video card do you plan on getting?

Why not? The PSU is only 300 watts in that case. That's not enough.

I'd get a Seasonic made PSU instead of CWT made one.

I know, thats why I'm upgrading my power supply. But I don't know if connection or other things need to be considered before buying these kind of things.

I just want to be able to play all current games with 1980 resolution and relatively high settings. I figured the card I had found would do the job. Am i right in assuming that?

Most yeah, all no. But all depends on what games we are talking about.

Nvidia - would recommend 660ti or higher
AMD - would recommend the 7870 or higher

Well most is way better than what I have going on now. I just want to be able to game on my PC for the next few years without having to change my GPU and not spend over 200$. I dont want perfect graphic and fps, I just want playable and enjoyable. Games like Bioshock Infinite, or Far Cry 3, or the new Tomb Raider are what I'm leaning towards. Also, Dark Souls. So what do I need to get to do that with my current PC?

I would like to spend around 80 or 90 on my PSU and around 200 for my GPU. I am not computer savy so I have no clue what is compatible and what is good for what I want to do, which is gaming.
