PSU upgrade for Asus Essentio CM1630

I have a Asus Essentio CM1630 and am looking to upgrade the CPU, RAM, and Graphics Card and know I need a new PSU to do so. I guess what my question is what PSU would be compatible and for a decent price? My budget for the PSU is about 75-100.

You don't know anything about Seasonic? All Corsairs are made by either Seasonic or CWT. Except the new AXi which are Flextronics units.
