PSU Wattage Help

I am currently planning to build a new computer and have chosen basically every component except for the PSU, which is the one component that I am unsure as to how to correctly pick out (mainly due to the wattage). So I would like so suggestions for what a good wattage PSU would be for my build.

DVD Burner
Case (keeping the 3 fans)
MoBo
TV Tuner
Video Card
RAM (2 sets of these)
CPU
Case Fan (2 of these)
Case Fan (2 of these

At most I will play with overclocking a little.

I have had one person suggest to me 850 watts would be a good amount but I just wish to get other opinions. And if possible an explanation as to how to calculate a recommended wattage.

850w would be overkill. I would recommend 650 watts for this system. Here's some examples:

But if you were thinking of adding another video card, I would go to 750w.

I have a similar system (Q6600 instead) and I'm using a Seasonic 660 watt power supply. Works great.
