PSU with SATA power cables

Excuse me , I have heard about a new PSU which contains the SATA power cables .I manage to change a new mobo featured with SATA option but no idea if it would be compatible with the standard PSU ATX-450-P4 ? As I know most of the PSU Provided by the computer store around my location is the normal one.
 
If you buy a SATA hard drive (not an OEM one), then they should come with SATA Data cables and SATA Power cables. All you need to do is plug in the Molex-to-SATA adapter. Also, some new SATA drives allow you to use either a SATA or standard molex power connector.

Do I need to buy SATA Adapter separately and is it install on the PCI Slot ?
