Of those two, i'd favour the X-Finity.
Better options include the Enhance 5150GH. If you don't mind stretching by $8 and using Google checkout, the Corsair HX520W is a superb PSU that is very strongly recommended.

For 80 I would get at least a 550 watt PSU. Theres a 580 I saw on newegg, lemme see if I can find it.
But a 600 watt PSU for 80 would probably be bad quality. Someone want to prove me wrong?

Why, are you planning on SLIing them? The official recommendation from nVidia is a 400W PSU with at least +12V@26A. Either of the units I recommended are more than sufficient. In any case, the amperage on the +12V line is more important than the total wattage. Comparing the units in that regard:
Xion 600W: +12V@30A
Ultra X-Finity 600W: +12V@35A
Enhance 5150GH: +12V@36A
Corsair HX520W: +12V@40A

Overall (IMO):
Highly recommended:
1. Corsair HX520W. This is a very, very good PSU.
2. Enhance 5150GH.
Others:
Ultra X-Finity - Not a bad PSU, but the Corsair and Enhance are better
Hiper 580W - Also not bad, but with only +12V@30A it doesn't really compare with some of the other units
Rosewill 600W - The quality of Rosewill PSUs isn't that high, particularly at this price-point.
Xion 600W - The quality's not great, and it focuses far more on the 5V rail than the 12V.
