putting vista onto a workgroup

I have a workgroup set up and all the computers on it are running some form of XP, but one computer has vista, how would i give it access to shared folders? The folders are shared from a server 2003 computer, if that makes any difference.
 
it should show up when you click network. go to network sharing center and make sure you enable fire sharing.
 
yea, it was all set up right. the guy just had another firewall (along with the windows one, witch i has disabled) that didint show up on the system tray, or anything, i finally found it and go it working.
