q6600 or q8200

I am about to get a new cpu and i dont know which one to get. Q6600 is more expensive but has bigger cache and multiplier. Q8200 on the other hand is 45nm and 35 bucks less expensive but has smaller cache. I am not planning on overclocking and i really want my cpu to run cool with my Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186134. From what I've heard, the Q6600 is the best Quad Core to overclock.
 
Q6600....twice the amount cache of the q8200.

With decent cooling you could reach 3.5Ghz maybe more.
 
I'm not sure about Q8200, but the Q8300 do slightly better in benchmarks than Q6600 from what I've seen, even thought it has half the cache.
 
q6600!!!!! with go energy efficient version for insane overclocking. No just that loads of people i know have the Q6600 and say its a great processor
intel ftw!
