Changed mine too,

CPU Clock: 3.2Ghz
CPU Multi: 8x
CPU Vcore: 1.3625v
FSB:400

I changed the multi because then my FSB went up and my memory went from the timings 6-6-6-18 to 6-5-5-15

system seems alot faster now and ive defaulted the memory back to 800mhz.
