Q6600

Yesterday I installed my Q6600 on my EVGA 780i motherboard, and things are running stable. I plan on running it a day or two more to make sure nothing goes south.

To the main point of this post. I'm looking for a good stress tester for my setup so I can figure out a good speed to overclock to. I've heard that you should only go to a maximum of 10% below the maximum that the stress tester says.

So are either of those pretty straight forward on how to OC? Does it give recommended voltages and such at different speeds?

None of those programs are for overclocking, they are for determining the stability the system after overclocking.

Ok. I'm thinking of trying to go to 3ghz, but I only want to do that when I run a powerful game or something. Does anyone have some good settings to use at 3ghz?

Also, are there some kind of hotkeys I can use to OC when I want to and go back to default when I don't need the extra power anymore?
