Q6700 Voltage

What's a safe voltage setting for the Q6700, I have mine at 1.36. Would going beyond 1.4 be okay? I had to drop the FSB to 8x in order to get past 3 GHz. Any suggestions on how high I could go on the VCORE.
 
for a 24/7 i usually try to keep it under the 1.45 but i would start by raising it to 1.4 right now. And keep on going from there.
 
Well right now I'm at stock and so far everything has been okay. Strange though I had to drop the multi to 8x to get over 3GHz.
