Q9650 + ??? mobo for 4.0 OC

Been out of the loop for awhile... my current mobo is a P5B... not even Deluxe! lol I just bought a q9650 and would like to OC it to 4.0, can anyone recommend a decent mobo for this? I'm hoping to only spend $120 - $140, I don't need anything super fancy, no SLI... My hardware:

4 x 2Gb Gskill DDR2 800
3 HDD's, SATA, 2 Seagates, 1 Maxtor
Quadro FX 1500 GPU
Antec 500w Earthwatts PSU
