How can I nremove it,Its sitting in "Programs x86" it can not be oninstalled as its not showing at Programs in the control panal. When I click delete in wont allow it. The main file where its sitting is TENCENT from China

Look to see if there is an uninstall file in the tencent folder and run it. If not, you can download and run revo uninstaller and choose to pick the directory and it should automatically uninstall the program.

I did but it does not show in the program list on this .I deleted it before from PROGRAMS in the control panel,its gone there but still sits in the
"PROGRAMS X86 "
When I try to delete from my program list where I can see it it tells me that I need administration permission to delete, how do I do that?
 
Try revo uninstaller, as it should get rid of it totally for you and not just the program folder.
