Quad - core and DDR2 800

Is DDR2-800 memory (like this for example)

good enough for a quad-core processor (QX6700 or Q6600) on ASUS - P5B-deluxe ?

ATM I have e6600, p5b-deluxe and 2GB of above memory. I am deciding whether to buy 2 more GB of above memory now (an later buy quad-proc when it costs about $600), or, when proc becomes cheaper upgrade whole system (i.e., MB, memory and proc)

Yes it's good enough. I would hold off on quad cores, not that much software can make good use of 4 threads and it will be a while before the majority of it can/needs to.
