How is it possible to have 4 x 7900GTX? Is there enough room even in a super tower? On top of that, how can they be liquid cooled as well, taking up even more room... Alienware is insane. How did they achieve this.

Quad SLi uses 2 PCI-E slots which then have 2 PCB boards per slot.

Like this, picture from The Inquirer.

Ya, thats what alienware and dell use. It's basically two video cards built into one, and then you get two of them so it's like having 4 video cards.

Alienware will be using water blocks that intake/outtake from the side because as you can see, the cards are packed very tightly together.

You know what would be sweet? If you bought this rig, and the top card leaked water all over the other cards! It'd be so fun.

It might be fun to think about. You would probably kill yourself if it happened to your own rig that you worked hard to get.

Yeah probably, but as long as its not me then its funny. But I'm actually being sarcastic becasue that would suck pretty hard.

That's what warranties are for. :P

And mega10169, you might want to make your sig length to 10 lines, I got a PM from a mod about my sig when it was longer. Cause the rules say, max length is 10 lines.
