They Nvidia's line of graphic processors designed for work station computer that will being do intensive CAD type of work.

For the average person yes? For the person that uses this type of gpu? No, people who buy these generally use them for their work. It's not like "omg let me buy a 1000 gpu for fun" sort of deal.
