Question about 2 radiators?

I'm looking to water cool my pc and basically have picked out all the parts I need, but I am thinking about getting a second radiator for better cooling. Right now I will only be cooling my 6950 and my cpu, but I may add the northbridge in the future. For optimum cooling, where at on a single loop would be the best place to put both radiators? Thanks

After each component I should imagine, you will have colder water then going into the next component, so it will be able to keep temperatures lower, so it would go:

CPU Block > Rad > GPU Block > Rad

obviously with reservoir and pump in there. Why have two radiators though out of curiosity, one should be plenty

Well I figure I'm eventually going to get another 6950 and overclock them, so I would imagine 2 radiators would keep temps even cooler.
