question about 6800gt

For the refurb q im not sure but refurb is supposed to bring the cards status back to "new". Secondly, from what ive read, you can buy a 6600gt for 1/2 the price and....umm....use a third party peice of software and unlock the extra piplelines....thus rendering your card theoretically equal to the 6800.
