i was wondering about my hard drive. it is the one im using in my comp right now. wen i install it in my new one does everything need deleted from it or will it just work with puttin it in my new comp?

u will only have to format the C drive an u can keep everything on the other drives

Most likely it will, but Windows will detect new surroundings as part of its antipiracy implements and require your to reactivate. If you want a fresh, clean slate and have an empty hard drive, by all means go ahead and format it.
