Question about my new video card settings

Hello,

I just had a GTX 670 installed. All of my icons on my desktop and the icons on my task bar are not visable. The desktop is too big for my screen under the recommended settings of 1920 x 1080. If I drop it to 1768 x 992 it fits perfect. My old video card worked fine at 1920 x 1080. The size of text is set to the default of small.

Any suggestions please?

Have you downloaded and installed the latest drivers from the NVidia website? Also, are you sure your monitor supports 1920x1080? Some cards can force the resolution even though your monitor doesn't support it.
