Question about my security

Just recently I got off the phone with a company that is partners with my bank and they noticed something unusual of something testing out my visa check card. So basically we resolved it by closing the account and will issue a new card out. My question to you guys is that every night between 8pm-10pm my screen blacks out for a few seconds then come back to normal (no my video is not overheating). For that split second of my screen blacking out..could that be someone logging onto my computer without me knowing??
 
It is very unusual if you are sure there is nothing wrong with your computer, especially if it only happens at a certain time each time.

You could have some kind of keylogger or remote desktop control software on your system.

Do you have anyway to reinstall windows ?
 
I have anti virtual keylogger that suppose to block keyloggers to find out what I'm typing and yes I have a logmein software but thats disabled. And I can reinstall Windows 7.
 
I actually found out why my screen flicks to a black screen. My ip address from the router times out so once my screen turns black..my network card reestablish my ip addresss again..weird but that's what it does.
