Hello i have Raedon 9550 videocard 256mg and i dont know how to connect it with my TV i have cable and everything but i just dont know how to connect it can you please expain it step by step if you know how this works.....i just want to watch movies from my computer on my TV without burning them on CDs.....Thank you i hope somebody can help me
Heh, I was going to reply yesterday but then totally forgot. I personally only have use nVidia cards, but Im sure ati is similar. Im assuming the cable your talking about is svideo right? With nvidia you have to plug the cable into the graphics card, then into the tv, then go into the settings and turn on "force tv detect", finaly restart your pc with the tv on and on the correct input, and it should work. Sometimes after restarting (tv still on) you have to go back into windows settings and "extend my monitor onto this device" or something like that.

yeah i have a radeon 9600 and just use my S-video to composite cable i got with my graphics card and attach it to my Tv then just settings and turn on "force tv detect and it just enabled or something like kobaj said...cant realy remember though as i onlt tried it out once but it worked...i had one screen on my desktop and another on my Tv.
