In fact a have a question that i wish to find an answer from you.

the question is :

Is there any operating system that providing a different copy for each user ?

What exactly do you mean by different copy? Different accounts? Pretty much any OS will allow multiple users on the same installation.

It's easier to configure user accounts in 2000 and XP.

But if you want to go free, Ubuntu Linux is very user friendly with user accounts.
