Question about replacing a motherboard

If I am just replacing a motherboard with the same one (ASUS P8P67PRO warranty replacement), is it just a matter of swapping them out? Will everything on the hard drive still work properly? Do I need to run the disc of drivers that comes with the motherboard again first, or will everything just start working without any further setup?

It all went well. That was easy! So just wondering how come I don't need to update the BIOS or anything? This was a sandy bridge recall replacement. Thanks for the help.

The board already came updated but since it is still the same board technically, the motherboard drivers are the same. So that means that you can just swap them and the OS will still boot without a problem. Glad to hear it all went well.
