Question about Sata drives on the motherboard

I don't know and asking. I have a external but would rather use inside if possible. Mine has two Seagate Barrcudas now. The external works well and used. worked fine on the usb port. I would rather have it inside with two backups instead.

Here's the question:
The two internals now are sata. The external is the same and sata.
I look at the ports on the motherboard and have:
eSATA, SATA2, and says (SATA5,SATA1) and (SATA4,SATA0).

Can i install this third drive or not.
The motherboard is DQ35J0 Intel.
thanks

That board has 6 individual sata ports so yes you can hook up the "external" SATA drive.

thanks, next questions im using A0 and A1. so will it make a diff if using eSata or Sata2?

Next question i do not see 6. i only see the four (4) mentioned above.

thankyou

They are all right next to each other. You should see 5 regular sata ports with 1 red esata port which equals 6 total ports. I'm looking at a picture of the board right now.
