Question about these two Graphics cards re: PCI slots

Am I right in my thinking when I am under the assumption that this card

Will only fit into a PCI-E x16 slot


and this one:

Will fit in a standard PCI-E slot?

There is not "standared PCI-E" slot. In reality, you could actually say the 16x slot is the "standard" because that's basically all that's used. Both cards are 16x.
