question about this msi board MSI P67A-GD55

Think what they have done. The USB 3.0 port has a back panel I/O card that connects to it for two USB 3.0, that comes with the board. You have the blue USB port thats 2.0 and another one below the SATA ports called JFP1

so the JFP1 connection on the motherboard can be used to connect the usb inputs on the front of my case which is the HAF 932
 
What can I do to do all that and I do not understand much about motherboards
