question about uninstalling stuff

Hey everyone, i have this computer i am working on for a friend, do you guys/girls recommend uninstalling dell automated pc tune up, and dell support center??
 
I have Dell Support Center on my laptop but i never used it. About the Dell Automated Pc Tune Up, do you have Norton and McAfee included there?
 
she might want access to it for her. On the other hand goto start, run and type msconfig. goto the startup tab and shut some of it off. lots ya don't need running on start up. adobe pdf reader etc. you can always recheck it again. don't turn off the virus program and things ya might need.
It will help to start faster besides a defrag and housekeeping. Get ccleaner also and run that.

The Tune Up program is supposed to include an antivirus and few other programs... but yes, a good option would be to do what tremmor said. You wont have to uninstall it.
