question about windows xp remote access...

i am trying to access my pc at work, problem is, i cant get onto it while here, because i need someone on the other end at my house to approve the connection, and then to approve me to "take control". is there a way around this? if not with windows, then what programs are good to use, but easy..... thanks!

Try Remote Desktop Connection.
It's in: Start > All Programs > Accessories > Communication.
You need to set up firewall prior to use it.

Ehh RDC is difficult to understand, try www.logmein.com.. there is a free version, and it is easy to understand.
