I've been using a Power color TV tuner for about 3 months on my PC - and have been very happy with it.
My only gripe about it is the delay when you change the channel. I'm using a Tuner outside my PC - and viewing it through channel 3 - on my PC - but there is a 1 second delay when switching channels on my VCR Tuner to responding on my PC. Add it to the 1 second delay from my TIVO box - and it's about 2 seconds. I've gotten used to navigating with it and still enjoying TV on my second screen - but was curious if this is pretty much common with PC tv tuner cards.
I'm assuming b/c my PC is acting as a DVR box when I'm viewing - and that pretty much any TV tuner card would do the same - but figured I'd ask to see if that's the experience others have with their TV tuner cards.
