There's really not that much difference between them now. PCs still have much more software for them, but if you run windows on a Mac you will have the same software available.

There are lots of differences and lots of similarities. Also LOTS of bad information is given out about this subject. Ask some specific questions and I would be glad to answer them if I am able to.
